the GazettE survey.
1) What is your name?

3) How long have you been a GazettE fan?
One year (since the release of Before I Decay)
4) How did you first come across the GazettE?
I was looking up videos of Miyavi at the time. Of course, I stumbled upon the infamous Miyavi / Kai glomp-scene, haha! So, I just had to see what band that smiley young man was from and voila!
5) Who is your favorite member?
It’s a hard question because I love them all in very different ways. But to keep this survey going, I’ll have to go with Aoi-shi.
6) What do you like about your favorite member?
I love how he’s like two different people – this absolute deity upon the stage, but then the most unbelievable dork in real life. Also, I love how he’s flawed and that he recognizes and tries to amend that, how he replies back to fans via Twitter and how he has a mock-arrogance about himself (which is always funny to watch/read :P)
7) What is something you would like to know about your favorite member?
Hmm, there are a lot of things but what I’d really like to know is if he’s found someone that makes him happy yet.
8) Which of the members have you written fanmail/letters to?
I haven’t sent any fanmail yet! D: <-- procrastinator
9) What is something that changed about you when you became a fan of the GazettE?
I’ve definitely become more open-minded and aware of the music culture that exists outside of the US. I have a higher tolerance for things I don’t understand (like Ruki’s ‘engrish’, etc) and I’d like to think being a fan and participating in the fandom has made me a better writer as well :)
10) What is your favorite GazettE song and why?
Oh boy. Baretta is dear to my heart, I have to say. If anything, it has to be for those awesome, awesome guitar solos in the middle of it. And of course I adore Nausea & Shudder as well :D
11) What is the song you’d most like to hear live?
I’d LOVE to experience Kantou live. That must be so amazing. Filth in the Beauty and Leech would also be awesome to see.
12) What is the song you listen to when you feel down or sad?
Bathroom and Cassis usually.
13) When you are ill, which song makes you feel better?
Best Friends (XD), Shunsetsu no Koro, In the Middle of Chaos
14) What song do you listen to when you’re happy?
Agony, Social Riot Machines, and all the rest of them :P

I am determined to go to a Live – at least one. I don’t know how. But I know if they ever do a US tour, I’ll be first in line at the NY venue :D
21) At violent GazettE lives, where do you stand? Or if you’ve never been to a violent live, where would you stand?
Second or third row (so I can make sure I’m doing the furi right XD and also because I don’t think I could handle being so close to them, haha!)

Casual, normal style.

If it was offered to me, I would.

Crap load of pictures and I’d like to start collecting CD covers and whatnot.

Eh, I rarely visit.

Hmm, I guess Uruha. I’d love to live at ‘my pace’ for a day and be able to play a mean guitar :P

Uruha – so we can toast to the Apocalypse together.

Reita seems like a fun, goofy guy to do that sort of thing with, haha!

Short diva with a ‘meh’ kind of voice (I was so hard on them at first haha)

I’m good at looking and copying, not anything from my own head.
56) Have you fallen off a jungle gym?
I was too scared to climb up one XD
57) If Ruki were really your brother, friend, lover or etc, how would you feel?
I’d like to have him as an awesome friend. He seems like a person who would be very loyal to his close friends and it’d be a lot of fun to hang out with him from time to time – shopping, having eccentric conversations, watching horror movies, whatever. :D

I’d want Uruha as my close friend or brother who could teach me the wonderful world of video games. Then we can go jogging and end up finishing off a Moet Chandon together in celebration of a successful run XD

I’d want Aoi as a close friend as well (are we sensing a pattern here? Haha). He seems like someone you could confide in and trust, but someone who can be infinitely silly as well. Someone you can go out for 3AM food-runs with and watch crappy reruns of random shows with when the weather sucks :P

72) If Reita were really your brother, friend, lover or etc, how would you feel?
I’d want Reita as a close friend or brother; he has such a warm impression through DVDs and interviews. Between his motorcycle and joking around with almost anything – he’d be a joy to be around. I also think he’d be chivalrous as well; if someone was a jerk to you, he’d step up and be the gentleman, so to speak.

Seriously, I think this guy would make an awesome brother. He seems warm, someone you can depend on and still scold about losing their phone. More than any of the other members, I feel a brother-vibe from him XD

I'm also working diligently on the second chapter of Lion. Whilst filling out random surveys, creating new tumblrs, watching Bo Burnham and other inane things that come along with being bored at college for the day, haha!
