I am not a fan of Disney nowadays, but this girl right here was, and still is, a beautiful role model.  Not to mention she was hilarious.  Her acting was real, authentic and heartwarming and it was so nice to see a woman with curves take the spotlight and own herself.  The Disney-of-today should take notes.
